We kick things off with one of the most familiar faces in CORR: Robert VanBeekum. A former series champion at our highest level in Pro SXS, VanBeekum’s highlights last season included a win and multiple podiums in Pro NA as his son Ryder won the class championship. His R-N-R Steel Racing team brings some of the most competitive entries to the track each weekend across multiple classes, and R-N-R Steel will also serve as the title sponsor of our season-opening Firebird Desert Open later this month.

What made you fall in love with racing? The thrill of conquering a challenge and pushing my limits.
What was your first race car? Yamaha Rhino
What are your proudest career accomplishments so far? Winning the 2019 Lucas Oil NA vs Turbo UTV Cup race.
Who are your racing heroes and why? He isn’t a racer, but God gets all the Glory. He gives us our gifts and talents.
What are your favorite tracks/races and why? My favorite race is a desert race. The BITD Silver State 300, I have podiumed a few times in this race. My favorite track is harder to say, we have raced coast to coast over the years in some pretty spectacular places.
What made you choose the number you race with? I have been using my number since high school. It started as my football number.
Do you have any hobbies outside of racing? Hunting, fishing, target shooting, working on classic cars, and spending time with my family.
